FROM THE SHOP FLOOR TO GLOBAL ORCHESTRATION

My foundation in manufacturing was built from the shop floor up, beginning in my family's facility at age 14. Over the years, I evolved from engineering CAD models and collaborating with machinists, to managing complete project lifecycles. I have led complex automotive NPIs-orchestrating DFM, multi-supplier coordination and mass production handovers-under strict cost and timeline constraints.

THE ORCHESTRATION INSIGHT

Navigating the fragmented industrial ecosystems of India, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Mexico revealed a transformative approach to production.

I saw that micro-facilities often specialize deeply in a single capability-perhaps operating just one HPDC machine or a lone Zeiss CMM.

While their individual scope is limited, I realized that dynamically connecting these single-process nodes through an agile, parallel information system transforms them.

By combining a deep mastery of mechanical design with process engineering, this interconnected approach allows fragmented networks to execute highly complex projects with exceptional efficiency.
